About SHAA
The Sacred Heart Athletic Association (SHAA) is a youth ministry of the Sacred Heart Parish and run by volunteers. If you have questions about specific programs or areas of SHAA, SH Basketball, or SHGSC, please contact the appropriate Board Member. If you have questions or problems with SHAA Online or your registration, please see How-To Register, Registration FAQs, or Need Help. We will respond to your questions or problems as quickly as possible, but please note all board members are volunteers and may not respond immediately.
Our Mission
It is the mission of SHAA to provide the youth within Glyndon, Reisterstown, Owings Mills, and surrounding area with the opportunity to participate in sports programs that are run in a safe, fair and secure environment. SHAA is a youth ministry of the Sacred Heart Parish. As a part of the youth ministry the sports programs emphasize sportsmanship, team comradery, while developing their athletic skills to their full potential.
Vision
It is the vision of the SHAA to:
- Provide all youth the opportunity to play sports in safe environments at levels commensurate to their skills, abilities and competitiveness.
- Provide an environment that emphasizes player development on and off the field.
- Promote youth sports within our community to increase its popularity.
