Having trouble with online registration, a question about SHAA programs, or a problem during the season?  The information on this page should help point you in the right direction.

How to Contact SHAA

Before going any further, please know that SHAA is 100% run by volunteers.  Each board member, program coordinator, coach and assistant coach is donating their time to help this program and our kids.  Each spends their lunch breaks, evenings, and week-ends to address their area of responsibility.

The primary communciation tool for SHAA is this website and email.   Email allows volunteers to respond when their schedule permits, the system also allows t to route the question to someone else, and creates a record of the question or complaint for future reference.  Please don't expect a personal phone call if you are having challenges registering.   With 1,000 children in the program, it isn't feasible to respond via phone.  We also don't ask our volunteers to publish their home phone numbers, with the exception of the coaches who do so only with their team.

Before sending an email to a board member, please see if your question or problem has already been addressed on the website.

If none of these pages provides answers to your question, please feel free to email the appropriate board member.  In most cases you will receive a timely response via email.  If you question involves a problem with the website, please be very specific in your email.  Note what page you are on by Title and URL.  For example "SHAA Calendar" http://sacredheart.cmiregistration.com/Calendar.aspx 

Include details about what has happened, not happened, the error message, or details.  We'll reply with instrcutions on what you need to do correct the problem or we may ask for additional detals.

We ask that you please be patient.  Most problems are solved quickly.
